How Glitch handles your information on this website.

What this covers
This policy covers tradewithglitch.com and the Glitch waitlist. It explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- How you found us, such as the link, campaign or referral code you arrived from, and the page you signed up on.
- How you use the site, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser type, and approximate location (country or city, from your IP address).
We do not ask for payment details or create an account for you on this website.
How we use it
- To send your beta invite and updates about Glitch. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages, channels and ads bring people to Glitch, and to improve the site.
- To keep the site and waitlist working and free of abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and similar tools
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we only use analytics and advertising cookies after you accept them. Everywhere else they are on by default, and you can switch them off at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.
Who helps us
We share information only with the service providers that run parts of the site for us:
- HubSpot stores waitlist sign-ups, records the pages viewed before and after signing up, and is used to email you.
- Vercel hosts the website, and Cloudflare runs its domain.
- Google, Microsoft, Meta and X provide the other analytics and advertising tools listed above.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Cookies last for the periods their providers set.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it.
- Change your cookie choice at any time with Cookie settings.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or California's CCPA may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Glitch is for adults. This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and change the date at the top.
