The product
What is Glitch?
Glitch is a subscription where AI agents build, backtest and run trading strategies from a trader's own idea, indicators or TradingView Pine Script. The beta is free and by invite.
Can AI build a trading strategy for me?
Yes. On Glitch's Builder plan, a full swarm of agents turns your idea into versions, codes them and backtests them, and you choose which one advances. In the free beta, the agent swarm builds strategies too.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Describe a setup in plain English and Glitch turns it into an alert. On Builder, the agents write the strategy code too.
What is the Lead Quant?
The Lead Quant is Glitch's chat agent, on every plan. Describe a setup and it builds the alert and shows how often it would have fired. On Operator and Builder, it also makes small strategy edits.
How is this different from asking a chatbot?
Glitch tests its work, and a chatbot leaves that to you. Every alert is checked against price history, and on Builder a separate agent reviews each backtest.
What does the skeptic agent check?
The skeptic checks for overfitting, look-ahead bias and hidden fragility. It's one of the agents in the Builder swarm and builds nothing itself, so it never grades its own work.
Will Glitch trade without my approval?
No. Nothing runs until you deploy it, and you choose which version advances and where it runs.
Data and strategies
Which markets and data can I use?
Glitch covers crypto and more, with price history down to 1-minute bars at launch, plus sentiment, news, onchain data, order books and funding rates. At launch you can connect your own CryptoQuant, Coinglass or Glassnode account.
Does Glitch work with TradingView and Pine Script?
Yes. Import Pine Script on Operator or Builder, and Glitch checks its version matches yours. On Signals and up, TradingView webhooks trigger alerts; on Operator and Builder they can drive strategies.
Can I get trading alerts on Telegram?
Yes, on every plan, including the free one. Each alert shows the condition that fired and a chart snapshot.
How do my strategies run?
Automatically, on your behalf. You deploy the version you chose, Glitch runs it on your rules, and you watch it in one view. Running strategies needs Operator or Builder.
How does Glitch check for overfitting?
On Builder, Glitch tests every version on holdout data and in different market conditions, and a separate skeptic agent flags any that learned noise. No check removes the risk completely.
Plans and the beta
How much does Glitch cost?
Explore is free. Signals is $19 a month, Operator $39 and Builder $79, or $59 a month billed annually, with a 7-day trial. These are launch prices.
What's the difference between Operator and Builder?
Operator runs strategies built in Glitch or imported from Pine Script. Builder adds a full swarm of agents, which builds and tests new strategies for you.
How do credits work?
Credits pay for agent work, and every run shows its estimate first. Plans include 50 to 450 a week. Live alerts and running strategies use none.
Is the beta free?
Yes, by invite, in waves. In the beta, the agent swarm builds strategies from your ideas. Full plans and 1-minute data arrive at launch.
Is Glitch investment advice?
No. Glitch is software for building and testing your own strategies, and it sends no trade calls. Trading involves risk, and a backtest only describes the past.
